Angle Telephoto

IS / VR lens for wide angle or telephoto?

I am thinking of buying a target Image Stabilizer / Vibration discount on a budget tight. Is it appropriate for me to have these Anti-Shake technology at the end, wide or tele? Should I buy a 18-55mm VR or 55-200mm VR? (the range of coverage is not a concern). I understand that the TV would certainly have to RV. A wide-angle VR must also (while working in the range of macro)?

Buy the VR telephoto lenses. When shooting macro photos usually have a depth of field very shallow. This means that there is no vibration / movement up and down or sideways side worries you, also move the camera closer and farther than has been in and out of interest. You have to shoot from a tripod and take macro acute if VR does not help much. (VR should be turned off when the device The photo is on a tripod.)
