My camera sensor needs cleaning?

I have a 50D … and recently I noticed a spot on most of my pictures. I cleaned the glass all the goals I have. Also, do not clean the sensor through the cleaning system of the camera ….. but this stain is still there. The task appears with different lenses used …. So I guess that is the camera sensor that needs cleaning. What should I do? How can I do to clean the sensor. Obviously, the cleaning system is not integrated enough.
