CCD and CMOS mess?

Are both CCD and CMOS sensors have burrs problem in bright conditions? That was less?

CCD is more susceptible to dirt when shooting bright lights, also known as "flower". It is caused by the electrical charge of another photosensitive element overflow powerful energy when light fills each photosensitive well. CMOS has other issues that the CCC did not like Spread and float. CMOS is inherently noisier, requiring more support and treatment of fleas for low noise (which can be done very efficiently, such as Canon, as indicated). There is no perfect sensor.
