Garden material would make a good cover for my pool 8 feet to make it warmer. It is in the sun all morning.?

I'm 30 black foot gardening equipment 3m high class (which allows the rain used to keep the weeds in their areas of Bush) I want to embroider a blanket for my small pool 8 FT. This is NOT black plastic, but is the new black material that absorbs water. If the seat cover on the surface of the water or stretching of the upper efficiency?
