Im trying to find an adapter to fit my panasonic vdr 100 to my solidex tripod.?
your vdr-d100 can be used with any consumer type tripod. The camera attaches with a 1/4-20″ screw which is part of the tripod.
the mounting shoe shown in the instuctions is for demo purposes and not a part of the camera. instead of connecting directly to the tripod, many tripods come with a quick connection shoe. That shoe is a part of the tripod, if your solidex is missing the shoe, then look around, it may still be attached to one of your other cameras. Otherwise you will have to get a replacement from your solidex dealer.
