How do I upload images that are on my Sony DSC-W300's internal memory digital camera to my Memory Stick Duo?

My camera is the Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot DSC-W300. The memory device can be inserted into the camera, there is no adapter to connect the camera to the computer, but it is an adapter to the Memory Stick. I have to transfer pictures I've taken with memory internally on the Memory Stick, so you can put on my computer. Anyone have this device?
