Vibration Reduction

Vibration therapy really a good way to tone the body and help you lose weight?
I recently saw a machine that causes vibration throughout the body and is said to help reduce weight and tone muscles. Is this a viable way to exercise or just a way to sell these expensive machines?
Which are absolute rubbish. Any machine that moves, what happened to leave. It's all a marketing ploy, praying on people who are willing to change their bodies. The best way to tone the body and lose weight is the same way it has always been: eating, weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise. If you want to spend the money for a year, buy some weights and weight and a tape / year / machine cycle stage. Or invest in martial arts classes – that are fantastic.
