Plasma TV: Cost of repair / warranty plan?

Hi:) just reported a 42 nice plasma, and need your help … What is a common classification of plasma? Is the cost of repair /? If not, the extra $ 399 is good for the guarantee plan ?…. Thank you thank you plz reply to the entry from so far away! I have a Samsung brand and has 6 days to decide if I want to add the warranty, 400 more. I make my own research of the company, thanks come again! more:)

Plasma service is not like the old TV, the repair by replacing edge (not components) let alone whether the failure stems from the panel. I think it is worth it.
